Inherent in our mission statement is the definition of community as a place where individuality, dignity, privacy, choice, and independence are honored.  One of the ways we deliver on that promise is by hiring and retaining professionals who have the skills, compassion, and motivation necessary to meet our residents' needs.

Finding a long-term care community can be a challenging process.  For many older adults, Bright Side Manor will be the best, most appropriate, and most affordable choice.  But we won't be the best choice for everyone.  If that's the case, you can rest assured that we will do all that we can to assist you in finding the right community.
