We take time to get to know residents through an initial assessment, where we learn about each person's health and wellness needs, lifestyle habits, hobbies, and socialization patterns. A personalized plan of care is developed that will promote each resident’s independence, individuality, dignity, privacy, and choice. To ensure that we continue to meet our residents’ changing needs, each resident's plan of care is assessed at regular intervals. The following services are included in our resident fees.
